I checked my mailbox yesterday to find that now-familiar manila envelope from my source overseas. It's the December issue of Inspector Spacetime Magazine! I'm very optimistic about Christmas on Mars. It's a happy accident how the 1981 Holiday Special set the bar so low, each successive special has increasingly exceeded expectations. The poster inside is a larger version of the cover, with legions of demonic-looking nutcrackers attacking from the left and right.
